Terrible service Needed this for a gift for early July. Ordered in may promised for June. Never received it. Inquired about it and got a generic response that delivery would be delayed. They moved the delivery date 2 more times. Each time I had to keep inquiring. I didn’t receive my package until the literal end of July. I was never able to gift this because my friend left the country before it arrived. Super disappointing and misleading on shipment dates. Will not be ordering again. Beware if you need this for a special occasion. All in all it took me 4 months to revive the hello kitty bag. 1/3 of the year. It’s sounds so ridiculous when put that way but it’s true. I have the receipt with the order date and ship date.

The shipping was awesome as always, I'm very happy. The process was very quick and easy.

I made a purchase, paid for shipping and seen it was being sent out usps. I immediately called can told them I paid more for shipping because usps doesn’t deliver to my address. I was told to wait first and they would not cancel my order. My two items were sent back and I only received a refund for the two items not the tax or shipping! I paid almost $20 extra for shipping alone! I will never order off this site again when there are other sites that offer customer support.

Loved the thought of a mystery doll. But I ordered 2 separate orders of 2 mystery plushies, and received 2 of the same products per orders. Almost makes you think they were grabbing from the same batch. Nice idea though.

Nice Gift Bought as a gift. Pieces are a lot smaller than lego brand so may be fiddly to build. Comes in 2 bags, small build booklet, 5 sheets of letters n numbers to allow for personalisation. Comes in white box, with officially merch sticker, i feel box and pieces does not portray the price of the item. With that and dirt of box why Ive gave 3stars. Item not built. FOCO provided quick efficient service

Love the mini stadium!! Would love to buy the larger version as soon as possible

Fantastique. I love you

Fast delivery.

Shipping was atrocious however the item was worth the wait as the Bobblehead was of high quality.

The slippers were just as advertised

This blinged out COWBOYS jersey was as described and such a great buy. I purchased a medium usually a LG/XL and it fit perfectly and comfortably.

Easy peasy.

Great Hat. Son loves it. Go Bears!!!!

You sent the wrong overalls 🙄

Love my greenbay packer purse

Never received it.

Entirely too long to ship things out. Some take up to a year

Do not buy from this place. The shoes are made so cheaply that they aren’t even the same size. When you ask for assistance, they help one time then you never hear from them again.

I still have not received my order and I have gotten emails to review the product as if it were delivered

2 weeks I ordered and still haven’t recvd my package!
