Customer service was lacking

I received incorrect item. It was returned for the correct one, but I'm still waiting to hopefully receive my correct order. So disappointed and dissatisfied. Poor customer service. Poor quality control. No follow up. No contact . They received my return , but have not sent my correct item or even followed up .

I always receive correct answers in a timely manner from FOCO.

Love FOCO especially the communication. I do not like the backorder problem. It seems there is a backlog but yet I am still ordering new bobbleheads.

Ordering was not a problem as the funds were taken out of my account quickly. The problem was after the order was received. As I was waiting for the shipment tracking number which was created it never left the warehouse. I reached out to customer service Niharika and he/she said he would look into it. He noticed my frustration and acted accordingly. He said the good thing is that they have it and it will be shipped out soon. While sitting and waiting still no tracking for the product was summited. I then requested a refund in continued frustration. He assured that it is coming although I couldn’t track it was on its way and because of that he can not summit a refund. 3 days later to my surprise i received the product. I was very pleased not just to receive my product but even more with the following through of Niharika. I order a lot of products especially from over seas but this is the first time that I was able to communicate with some one whom I felt put his understanding and caring into his work. Thank you Niharika for making me feel valued as a customer.

Good experience ! like the products I think the shipping prices are high The pre order stuff and shipping is expensive 5. 00 shipping for blind box series that weighs nothing I want to pre order stuff but it’s expensive up front!
