This puzzle is not easy to build at all. The pieces break super easily and a lot of them do not fit. Not user friendly at all.

I ordered something and need to do an exchange. It's been over two weeks and no one has answered my email and there is no way to call them. I would order from Amazon so you have that protection.

It started with me noticing an entire color from the set was missing, then later discovered that about 15% of the pieces were damaged, as if they were in the oven way too long, then later discovered that a lot of pieces were missing. It was as if they just threw random pieces in there and hoped for the best. Tried getting ahold of customer service about the issue where they state a “24-48” hour response time. It’s been over a week and nothing. I can’t recommend not giving this company a dime for any of their products enough
