I had an issue with the way a helmet fit that I had purchased on clearance/close out. I had ordered an extra large and needed a large. The website specifically said that there were no returns on the closeout items. However, when I emailed and told them my situation, they have given me a full refund on the helmet when I mail it back. Their customer service rep, replied in such a timely manner that it was greatly appreciated and not expected. I have bought other fly racing apparel and will be back to buy more with this kind of surface when there are issues. Thank you much.
