Poor customer service. I had reached out to inquire if the base was supposed to have pegs to support the Lego set, just like my other cases have, and I got no response. So I’m not sure if I have the correct case or not

I was skeptical (which I always am, any time I buy from a new company online) but Flying Box absolutely delivers a quality product at an affordable price. Order processing and shipping has been reasonable, and their prices are excellent given that competitors are selling similar items at double the cost. I hope they continue to expand their offerings for more and more Lego sets, because I've got plenty of things I wouldn't mind displaying in one of their cases.
