Ordered pink hi-vis in small as a silly present for a friend. When it arrived I was very disappointed, I don't know what size school FLW attended but this 'small' hi vis would drown a sumo wrestler!! The arm holes are massive and so out of proportion they end at your waist. So now I own a completely useless oversized pink hi vis and have no silly present for my friend. Terrible product

Overall a good experience to deal with. Very quick dispatch and delivery service, great quality clothing but I must say the returns process is a bit long winded. I wanted to exchange the items for a larger size but unfortunately they don’t do exchanges. So I had to return the items, wait for refund and then place a new order.
