I ordered this item the first week of December and still have not received the item. I have reached out to the company multiple times and they will only send me automated AI responses. The company has not solved this issue and I still have not received the item I purchased over 4 weeks ago.

Clean, tough, and way more technical than it looks. The Burgee hoodie feels built to actually do things; warm without being bulky and holds up great to wind and wear. The fit is athletic and sharp, not sloppy. Pricey, but it earns it if you want performance that doesn’t scream “gym gear. ”

Upon receiving the medium size I realized it was too small. I sent back for a refund and emailed the company. They said they had my email and would reach out. I never heard back from them and they sent me another medium. You cannot get in touch with anybody at there company. I ended up buying a large in hopes that when I sent the medium back I could just get the refund. This company is very frustrating to deal with since there is knowone able to reach by phone. There are no phone numbers for customer service.

This is my second pair of the F1 Airtex Gammas and they fit exactly as expected, material feels a little sturdier than my previous pair.

I have worn this maybe half a dozen times and it’s already got a few snags. The fit is too boxy. I have an older one that is great. It’s a different material now, much lighter and not as durable. For an $85 pullover, I expect more. Disappointed

Worst customer service I have experienced. Not honoring their return/exchange policy. Particularly when it is Christmas and a gift needed a different size. Would never order from Florence again.
