Boxes are damp and we have high moisture content on the boards, between 13 to 20 %. We are laying them out and will wait until the level gets down to about 8%. May be in a months time

There's nothing to recommend about this company. I ordered carpet and underlay from them and, after delivery, the carpet is terrible. There's barely any actual carpet on the roll it's of such poor quality. As such I asked to arrange a return immediately. Firstly their returns are NOT free - they charge a 50% restocking fee. And secondly it takes them over a week to collect the unwanted carpet, which is again unacceptable. I would strongly advise to avoid and to pay a little more for better carpet & customer service.
