Love the new improved water bottle. Great also for slipping in my handbag. I hate buying water when I'm out and about.

Sizing chart provides poor guidance.

It was not until my belt arrived did i realise you have an excellent return policy if I chose the wrong belt size. I would have been even more happy if it was displayed more Prevalent on the website.

I received my order promptly. Unfortunately, I ordered the bigger belt which was too big. I rang and was immediately reassured that the smaller size would be sent and I could decide which one was better. A pre paid envelope was also included so we were able to choose the perfect fit and return the other. Very easy, efficient and would recommend their product and excellent service.

Postage was fast. Did not get any emails after initial order due to some email issues.

Flip belt classic is comfortable on runs, easy to use and throw in wash with my running gear. This is my second purchase. I’ve also found them perfectly sized to hold a single use heat pack when I have a sore lower back muscle to protect. The wrong size was initially sent out, customer service was quick to rectify the issue for me.

These bottles fit well in the capri pants and flipbelt. The no-leak and shape make them perfect. My husband even has one that he just slips into a pocket without the flipbelt.
