I placed my order online, but came to the store for pick-up. Finding your store was more complicated than expected due to the labyrinth of one way streets in Downtown Oakland, in spite of using a map. But I did pass by a relatively new large sculpture grouping that I had only read about, so seeing it was an unexpected surprise, and that is where someone helped guide me to your location in all the criss-crossing diagonal streets! I found more items that I wanted by coming to your store for pick-up, so it was a worthwhile venture!

The workers were great but the product was not so great.
