Customer service-wise, quoting policy isn't necessarily the best way to respond to simple questions, neither is pointing out where we should have read said policy. For us, this happened when we simply asked for an update on the status of the order and again when we asked for some assistance with getting customs information as was recommended by USPS (the shipping company).
