Delivered on time in good condition. The 10kg kettle bells are exactly what I need. Heavy enough to make me work, but light enough to allow 25 reps on several exercises. They have flat sides so they are comfortable against my arm. No special preparation or set up needed, just use till I am out of breath. It is so easy, I use them 2 or 3 times each week.
