I purchased the TRX suspension trainer and other components from this company. We are great customers and have recommended their products to others. We had a problem with the strap on our trainer slipping and not holding the adjustment during an exercise. Asked in Feb for help and no one called us. They make you send an email with the issue and order number. I sent that and the reply was I had to send my invoice and a video showing the problem. I complained saying they had my order number. They told me I had to buy the whole new kit and they would give me 20% off. I did not need $60 worth of the kit just a new suspension trainer and they said NO and that as a gesture of good will, I could have 20% off. Well, TRX is offering everyone right now 20% so there was no good will. I thought a resonable customer service response would be to sell me new suspension trainer separately not the kit. How many door jams do I need? When I asked if the pro suspension was sturdier than home and complained that they had not really given me any gesture of good will, TRX ghosted me.

I am beyond disappointed with my experience. I ordered the TRX Bandit and extra resistance bands, expecting a new, sealed product. Instead, I received an open box, with missing pieces and used components — clearly not what I paid for. What made it even worse was TRX’s response. Rather than take responsibility, they simply asked me to send photos of what I received, as if I had to prove their mistake. No apology. No action. No urgency. For a brand that markets itself on quality and professionalism, this kind of service is absolutely shameful. I was sold a used product and then treated like an inconvenience when I reported it. I will not be purchasing from TRX again, and I strongly caution others to reconsider. If this is how they treat their customers, don’t expect any help when something goes wrong.
