I go this shirt as a move away from polyester. It’s tighter and thicker than a cotton shirt, which is ideal for the friction or Jiu Jitsu. Just be mindful that the cotton does hold a lot more water than polyester which makes this heavier if you sweat a lot. But it’s been good for me so far!
