It’s taken a life time to give a 10 out of 10 for a coffee albeit I have a particular style of coffee you cannot find in a coffee shop. With the quality of the beans my previous process was yielding between 8-9. 5 out of 10. Fish River Roasters is the only variable I’ve changed in 30 years. It’s a consistent 10 and now I’m setting my sights on redefining my standards of the perfect coffee.

Found this coffee roasters through a coffee truck in Narooma as his coffee was really good. Our normal roaster closed so now buying this blend through fish creek. Service was good, easy to order online with quick delivery. Coffee has a good strong taste without being bitter and works well in our machine. Will be buying regularly from now on!
