I don't know what has happened to this company. I have gotten several fish in the past & loved them. On 9/10/25, I ordered 3 fish for myself & one for a friend's surprise birthday party on 9/20. Very long story short, the company emailed me that the fish were shipped by UPS on 9/15. In reality, the package was NEVER delivered to UPS, so I have a worthless tracking number. I've called, emailed and texted Fish in the Garden offices and NO ONE, ABSOLUTELY NO ONE has responded to me. I am thoroughly disgusted with this company and will never buy from them again. I'm heartbroken that they spoiled what was supposed to be a wonderful surprise B-Day gift for my friend. EXTREMELY POOR "CUSTOMER SERVICE"!!!!!

My daughter has given me a collection of these beautiful fish over the years and I am now making a purchase to give to a friend! I love them - I bring them in each winter and in the spring I ceremoniously place them somewhere in my garden.
