I don't believe the item was noted as out of stock when I put it in my cart. When I went to pay, it says it is a pre-order so right now I'm not sure how quickly I will receive it

I first started on my cell phone, then entered my discount code and it continued to tell me my shipping method was no longer available and that I had to select a new one upon check out. However, the button was not active and would not allow me to proceed any further with my order. I had to switch new a new computer and start over completely.
