Their oil is magic but this cream is a miracle!! Husband burnt the top of his hand with hot coffee…second degree burns across the entire top of his hand. We started to use the cream in the later stages of healing & boy, did it work!!! Beautiful skin & NO scarring!!!

Besides having a great product, this company has a wonderful support team. I ordered from them and the shipment got messed up in the mail. They immediately, at their expense, sent a new shipment. Eventually the original order arrived. When I tried to send it back or pay for a double order, they declined telling me to keep both orders at no extra cost and to pay it forward. Great company!

There was a mix-up with my delivery, I don't believe it was the fault of First Honey, and yet they went out of their way to make sure we got what we ordered. Impeccable customer service! It's a rarity these days.

I love this lotion. I have extremely dry skin & It is one of the few that lasts shower to shower. My only complaint is that they don’t make larger size packaging - I go through it in a hurry!

My ‘somewhat-expensive’ purchase was packaged carefully and arrived quickly. I originally bought this combination of Manuka honey salves and bandages for my husband and his very sensitive skin. They have really been helpful in aiding his quick healing from skin wounds! But I’ve had occasions to “borrow” his ointment for my own “owwies,” and found it remarkably effective. I’m really encouraged that we’ve found a simple product from an honest company that WORKS. It no longer seems expensive, but worth every penny.

I love the ointment mixed with a moisturizer and the bandages are great. I try to leave them on for 3 days without disturbing them

Mild COVID left me with eczema and I really don't want to use a steroidal product to stop the flare-ups. First Honey does that for me and leaves my skin wonderfully soft.
