Grilled some small filets with this new steak rub and it is fantastic. Great flavor and it produced a perfect char when seared. Impressed our dinner guest and my wife. Will keep this stocked. Can’t wait to wet age a tri-tip or t-bones with this rub. I still liked my proposed name of “Meat Gravel” but Cattle Crust is also appropriate.
