In the end it turned out well, but there was a time I thought your system was a scam ans was just about to report it to the Norwegian Customer authorities. As I bought the phone and got a text message saying I’ll get a text notification with post tracking number but instead I got a call saying the phone I have “bought” had a technical issue so I don’t understand how you put something out for sale if it has a problem. Also when I came home that day I went on to Finn and saw there was 13 iPhone model 13’s for sale but the sales person told me there was none, but during our second conversation he informed me that Finn has partnered with many companies who are selling the phones but that info is not clearly displayed only small text and I like many people are/were under the impression that finn. no are selling these phones that come with a 2 year warranty but that’s not the case So I would say that the whole experience was misleading and Finn should make it clear in there wording.
