It is a lovely dress. I called to order since I was going to be out of town and wanted to delay shipping for a week. Unfortunately, it was shipped immediately. It all worked out in that a neighbor went and picked up the package. I appreciated that Finley caught their mistake and apologized. The service was great even though a mistake was made.
