cancelled subscription, but continued sending and charging me. Contacted customer support before it was even shipped, took weeks to reply and then told me it has already been delivered and I would have to pay to return the item. Shocking service.

Not much to say really, it's simply dishwasher tablets and other items as part of a promotion having recently purchased a new dishwasher. As we already have a stock of tablets we haven't started using them but have purchased these in the past and they appear to work well although performance is also dependent upon the dishwasher itself. Time will tell but I expect good results.

I did not want these and I dont know how to stop the order. Terrible customer service and app is not at all useful as I cant find the reoccurring orders
