I originally received an incorrect order. Selena was kind, courteous, and extremely helpful in getting the correct order shipped and having the other one picked up. She also upgraded my shipment to 2day. She is definitely an asset to your customer service department.

This site was excellent to deal with. The picture arrived in perfect condition and I received the order quicker than expected.

The canvas looked good but wooden frame it was mounted to was split at bottom and middle support just fell out of packaging. The frame was held together with staples. No screwws or even brads and glue. I fixed it on my own.

There is a nice selection of attractive frames on this site. While it was disappointing to hear that they did now have nor will they have the frame I ordered, I was contacted with the news fairly promptly. I asked for help in selecting another frame and gave the measurements of my current glasses. I am hoping some ideas are forthcoming soon as I don't have time to search further.
