Overall formula product is good. However, the engagement, communication from the company about upcoming renewals or shipments was always last minute and less than engaging, making it a tight timeline to change anything or even possibly cancel. The product didn't have any major negative side effects, but also didn't noticeably be 'life changing'. I probably won't return because of the overall experience.

I am on my second month of Formula and I don't notice anything.

I love my Formula products- they are such a great thing to have to optimize your day and the variety of options is great, as well. The customer service provided by the Formula team is incredible! Every time I reach out with a question or a change to my shipment, they are so helpful and quick to respond. Thankful to have found Formula and to their team for always being so gracious!

I have had great results with Formula! And an even better customer service experience. Every email was answered personally and promptly and the staff was so incredibly helpful each time. I am so pleased with this product and this company as a whole. I will continue to purchase in the future. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I'm almost to the 3 month mark, the customer service is clearly out of this world. And the product does exactly what it is supposed to. Thank you to everyone bc their team works to get you matched up with exactly what I wanted with Transparency and thats kind of rare these days.

Not what I would recommend. However, some people are different. Only good thing about this company is the customer service, they definitely fixed any mistakes right away. Shipped out a free box due to them messing up my order. 5 star for customer service, that's about it.
