My first order, via Amazon from this place was great. The second order, direct, was awful and I will be leaving public reviews with photos if no one responds to my multiple emails. Took 11 days to get here and they’re dead and not even in the containers. Truly unacceptable and disappointing.

My jars that I ordered came in and they were only half full, so I was not very happy due to the lotion is very pricey although the lotion is amazing just disappointed jars we only have full

I received my lavender gift planter today. Some of the stems were bent but the smell was so beautiful I was not so terrified of it surviving. The planter container was of an old antique style that has just enough country it made a nice piece for my foyer table, it blended right in with the other antique I have on the wall table. I am not into the harvesting of the plant. I'm using them indoors as an antioxidant for the airflow in my home. Thanks

I recently purchased approximately 380 assorted varieties of lavender from findlavender.com. I am very satisfied with the condition of the plants and they are doing well in the field. The first shipment with the majority of the plants arrived via UPS and were in great shape upon arrival. The second smaller shipment arrived via Federal Express and were poorly handled by the driver right in front of me. He flipped the box sideways, even though it clearly stated which side should be up. I feel that the plants were packaged very well by findlavender.com, but were not handled well by Federal Express. My field looks amazing with all of the strong healthy plants I purchased. I worked via email with Gretel and Mario who were extremely helpful and prompt with responses. They had no problem answering my questions and were a pleasure to work with! The plants have been in the ground now for approximately two weeks and are doing well. We have lost two of the Grosso plants and one of the Provence, but were sent extras so we will just replace them. Thanks again findlavender.com for making the beginning of my lavender farm dream come true!!!

When we received the plants, they were in great shape and are growing well. We were very very happy. In fact, we would like to order 3 more orders like this batch, but it says you are out of stock.
