I have several Fieldsheer heated clothing items, they make outdoor activities in the cold much more comfortable. Items are all well made.

Had an issue with defective stitching on the glove, but customer services was professional, friendly, and quick to resolve.

Ordered this vest and immediately received email updates on order progress. Rcvd it quickly and determined I needed a smaller size. Great email communication on the exchange process and new size and color went out within 24 hours. Excellent service and communication throughout process. Vest fits great and works fabulously for skiing. I’ve only had it for a week but I’m impressed with quality, ease of use and features. Very pleased with company

The batteries last a reasonably long time per charge. However, because I spend so much time outside in very cold temperatures, I purchased a couple of extra batteries with chargers so I could run the vest longer at the higher settings. I was pleasantly surprised at the reasonable price of the battery and charger combination pack. The sales person I spoke with was very helpful and my order arrived in only a few days.

The fit is a bit on the small side. But they are comfortable and kee my hands warm. I bought late in the season so haven’t had occasion to use in really cold temps yet.

I live in Minnesota and have one of your heated vests. It’s a game changer. I recently needed new batteries and I appreciate how easy it was to order and how quickly they arrived.

Work great! Started skiing at 4 degrees at 8am, left at 1pm and it was still only 14 degrees. My toes were perfect. Kept them on low for all but about 30 minutes, still had 67% battery left.

Great customer service with a faulty battery I had in a new pair of gloves.
