I was updated regularly about the shipping status throughout the process. The base and the top were shipped from different parts of the country so waiting for one piece to show up before being able to get my whole desk was a challenge only for myself.

I was hesitant to order direct, but the experience has been great! Customer service was timely and responsive and I would recommend Fezibo.

Good experience from placing the order, tracking shipment, and then, when received, I was able to set up the desk in about 1.5 hours while following the instructions with the help of 1 person to lift/hold pieces.

Was quoted a price for 2 feel but only got one. Fortunately that is all that I needed
