I am trying out the new lenses - the ones that switch frames. The ONLY reason this is not a 5 star is because I didn't get directions on how to safely switch the lenses, and I am insecure they are going to pop out ( as they did when I first got them). I LOVE the frames, the fit, all the aesthetics ( I am already getting many compliments and directing people to your web site). Can you reach out to me and build my confidence that I am switching the lenses correctly? THANKS!

Got my first pair and loved them! Unfortunately, I broke the frame and had to send them back in (thankful for their warranty). I explained that I had a trip coming up and was hoping to have them back quick enough to take on the trip. Their excellent customer service worked with me to get the glasses fixed and ship back in a faster than usual timeframe! Excellent company and I can't wait to get my second pair.

I came across Fetch Eyewear, via an Instagram ad. I had to go check them out! I'm always on the hunt for unique prescription eyewear & their website didn't disappoint. I decided on the Lola in sea matte. I have had SO many compliments over the years - more so than any frame I've ever had! I live in NC, so all my transactions with them have been online (initial order & mailing back for the yearly lens update). Every time I interact with them, via email or phone, everyone is always so pleasant! Being a dog lover, I admire that they give back to animal welfare/rescue efforts with purchases, too. This last interaction went above and beyond. My eye doctor messed up my initial prescription & I didn't know until after I received my updated lenses (back from Fetch). I was able to get that worked out & my glasses back to Fetch & they've been extremely helpful & empathic to what I've dealt with. Thank you Fetch Eyewear for being amazing!

I stumbled upon Fetch Eyewear on social media somewhere and absolutely fell in love with their business model. They donate 100% of their sales to animal rescue. As someone who has 2 rescue dogs at home and volunteer at a local shelter, this hit really close to home for me. I ordered 2 frames last year and just ordered my 3rd. Darn eye sight going to dog poop! I love that they have a wide selection of frames to choose from, the website is easy to navigate and pricing is totally reasonable. They often send out sales and discount codes by email. AND as mentioned above, they donate to animal rescues!! Get your frames from Fetch and you can wear cool glasses and you are helping animals. It's a win win for everyone and everypaw!

TLDR: Great frames for a small face. I wanted polarized sunglasses, and need frames that are 135mm or less, which are SO HARD to find for adult-looking frames. Their site was very clear about the sizing. Plus, I loved that I could select the frame tint. So, here are my sexy new polarized sunglasses: Sydney Sun in Tiger Stripe, with solid grey tint.
