Great idea, fast shipping , but the sweaters are not true to size. I ordered 4x and 5x. The sleeves are ridiculously huge. You could fit a football up the cuff. And the length of the sweater is too short, unwearable unless you want to wear a belly shirt.

Great Sweaters, not so much the return policy. I had ordered two dog sweaters on December 1st. It didn't arrive til late Thursday the 4th. One didn't fit right and wanted to just return it. Come Monday, I contacted support and did not fit the "Free return" window of the 7 day policy.

I bought matching sweaters so that I could give one to my brother on Christmas day. He's 40 with four kids and is a bit more conservative, but he still loved the gift. I also bought my own Festified sweater another mini-sweater for Christmas. My Christmas sweater has so much swag it even has it's own sweater. Just like Young Jeezy says, "Even my rooms got room."

I really appreciated the fast responses when I had questions about my sweater and not to mention, it was shipped the next day after purchase. The sweater was a little large, but that's because I asked for an XL just to be on the safe side, but other than that it's great. I wore it to work for a few days and attended a holiday party, the sweater was a big hit by all! Some even said it didn't look "tacky" either. I cannot wait to look for new designs!!

I just wanted to say thank you for providing the best customer service. I purchased the incorrect size and called in to ask about returns and exchanges. I was working on a deadline so I really needed to exchange my sweater for a better size. Not only did I receive excellent customer service on the phone, before I had even hung up the phone, I had received confirmation via email that my new sweater was already processed.
