I purchased the Detroit Lions Den Blend Dark Roast with very high expectations! This product / blend fell way short of my expectations . . . . especially coming from this roaster!! The aroma, tasted, flavor, smell, appearance, and mouthfeel were off from the get-go. More bitter notes came out of this cup of coffee and in my opinion was not a try dark roast profile at all. If you are a specialty coffee fanatic than this coffee is not for you . . . . As a lifelong Detroit Lions fan, I will always support the cause and local vendors such as Ferris Coffee & Nut Company!!!
