The pre was top notch best pre I've ever had. I work 6p till 630a and use it at 3pm for my lift. I feel awake but not cracked out and nasty. The pre workout is a slow let down and wears completely off around 3am just in time for me to go home and sleep. This is the only pre workout I plan to use from here on! Impressive product!

The flavor is very good and the cookie pieces are great. The only issue I have with it is that it does not mix very well since the powder is so fine. Even if I mix it in a shaker for many mixes it still feels grainy in whatever liquid I use.
