Great customer service and speedy delivery. Ordered headlamp headband, it was an updated version that was kind of confusing to put on lamp. Should of had better instructions, watched a video on line. Happy with all products received.

I love that the Fenix web site provides detailed specifications, runtime graphs, operating instructions, FAQs, searchable reviews and an a compatible accessory list for their lights. All this information makes it much easier to meaningfully compare lights and determine the best light for your needs. The depth of information was a major factor in why I decided to try Fenix lights initially. I’ve since stuck with them for the great feature set and performance.

I live on a farm & needed a dependable night critter light. Something very bright, easy to use, ready to go when needed & able to stay on for a long time. While considering what to buy we had a nighttime incident with a Raccoon & Dogs on the porch. The LR35R Pro had seemed a little overkill to me for our needs, but afterwards something easy to use, very bright & instant on was a necessity. I really like the rotary dial, easy to turn on & dial up how much light you need. Bright=it turns dark hard to see/understand for certain into bright, fully clear, detail/understand what you're seeing in the darkest conditions light-especially up close. 100 yards is now like nothing for this light. The batteries are lasting a long time-I had it on for about an hour at above 80% and when I went to charge it was still above 80% left. This is now the flashlight on my night stand for when things go bump in the night. The light is of course very well made and came quickly as expected. This is my first Fenix. If needed I would order again.
