Shipping was great, just cannot wear more than a couple of hours b/c they are too tight.

So, once they are on, the fit is good. It is a bit of a struggle to get them positioned correctly due to the tight built in support. It has only been 1 week so they will most likely continue to impress.

Poor sizing. I a male with usual shoe size 7. 5. Ordered M (supposed to be 6-8. 5). But these are super tight and constricting that I am afraid I will get feet problems I did not have.

I love these socks! I wear them primarily while running, but I am starting to wear them just for everyday use as well. Comfortable and really help my feet from getting blisters on my long runs. I actually bought my first pair in Fleet Feet store. After testing them out a few weeks, I took advantage of the Memorial Day sale and got the 6 pack. Order came in within a few days, I believe 3 days. They hold up after washing a bunch of times as well, from my experience. I highly recommend these socks!

Tried to change from smaller size was told had to get a refind and repurchase which would make the product more expensive because the price changed.

I actually didn’t track the performance of shipping so I can’t comment. It certainly was easy to order and product was delivered in a timely manner.
