Decided to try blonde after 73 years, so price was a factor. I watched about 15 YouTubes about this wig. I knew I would want to change it up to be more "me". It worked out beautifully

I absolutely love this piece as long as I’m looking at it straight on. I was so excited to wear it and had some very kind friends point out that the top and back are so thin that you can see the transition line from the monofilament to the cap and the cap itself. Not sure if I just got a bad piece or if this is how they all are, but for the price, I expected better than this. I’m now stuck with a $600 wig that shows the world the cap and transition. So disappointed.

The only thing I wish Wig Studio would change is their tracking method. I would prefer a tracking number and not give them my phone number to track my wig. The wig arrived a day later than I was given but that was most likely the postal service. The wig came doubled boxed and nicely laid in a box with a net on it.

My PUSH wig consultant was very helpful in assisting me with choosing my wig style and color and even modeled the various styles for me. Andrea inspected my wig to ensure that the wig quality was superior before shipping it to me. She sent it back to the manufacturer due to it not passing her inspection and Christi personally called me to explain the delay. I truly appreciated the integrity and professionalism that both Andrea and Christi demonstrated throughout my experience. The wig that I ordered was on backorder and did take several months to finally get shipped to me, but it was worth the wait.
