No issue with items but issue with delivery. This was a gift and the recipients have a newborn baby and currently home all day. At 3pm they received a text saying we tried to deliver but they were home and no one buzzed their apartment. Poor service considering they then had to collect from a newsagency.

The service and packaging was great and presented nicely in the box. Nothing was disturbed which was great to see. Thank you!
