I love your simple, earth friendly packaging!

I love your products and appreciate the handcrafted nature of them. Pricing is fair, I love the transparency in the ingredients and that so much of what you make is multipurpose! The only thing I wish was different is the shipping time. The first time I ordered it took about 3 weeks to arrive ( but this was during your warehouse move, so that makes sense). Most recently though, I got a notification that my order was ready to ship a week ago, but the tracking says it hasn't moved from its location of origin. Basically, I love your brand and the products are worth the wait. Just wish I could have them in my hands a litttttle sooner! :)

Shipping did take a really long time but I appreciated how you acknowledged it would be slower than usual due to your big move, and you included some All Salve in my order which was super nice!

Love this company

Ya did great! I googled non toxic shampoo and yours came up on the top (which I guess are ads?). I read a few reviews and the about page and ordered. Later my friend reminded me that he had recommended the day to day products (hehe, whoops). It took a while to ship so I wrote in to customer service, they wrote back almost immediately explaining the warehouse move and had it shipped out that day. Shipping packaging was nice and minimal, but effective. I like the packaging of the products, too. And I'm obsessed with the products themselves and have gone back to your website to see what other products I NEED!!! Only negative bit is that the pumps that were sent were too long for me to get them to fit (possibly user error?) and one of them wouldn't pop up to the usable position. However, this is not an issue because pouring from the open mouth is easy. Anyway, I'm happy I finally tried your products and I'm here to stay. Thank you!
