Big difference when i went to the physical store for a follow up purchase. The cashier was not able to really answer my questions clearly. Did not know anything about items on website vs store I blame not him necessarily, but the lack of training / he did not receive sufficient training

Twice I ordered from the online store and both times takes my money and then emails me and says they ran out of the flavour I like. I only ordered twice and both times that happened. Pretty disappointing that I can’t ever get what I initially order
