I tried a product that didn't work for me. I was disappointed and wanted to send back the unused bottles. I emailed my request and immediately received a very nice email back stating there was no problem getting a refund. The whole process was so easy, I stated that I would be open to using a different product in the future because of the customer service received.

I never received my first shipment. I e-mailed customer service, and within 3 days i had my order shipped to my work at no cost! No questions asked.

Return policies and issues that were hard to find
While the customer support person was honest and business like, I am not happy with your policies. They were hard to find, and a threat of the 'free shipping' was expiring soon, did not give me time to research the product. I wanted to cancel my order! I am afraid to take it. I did not have time to consult my doctor. I am on meds that probably won't allow me to take it. Ordering was a spontaneous and not a researched act. I am scared of the product even more by your 'no return policy'. I would wish to cancel order!
