I'm marking this as five stars despite the fact that my little tree was actually DoA, and confirmed beyond helping by the arborist who reviewed the photos. Recently in the state I live in, we had a sudden, unforseen (And ongoing) heat dome with temperatures between 105f-120f, and on top of that, the tree was held over and delayed somewhere on its way to me. Customer service was quick to check with their expert, and when it was determined to be beyond helping, I was offered a full refund or store credit. I still plan to get a fig tree in the future, either trying again with this one or a different one, but I wanted to make a note here for anyone worried about shipping live plants- If anything happens, the customer service here is the best I've seen. I plan to buy more plants here in the future. Of the plants I purchased, only one had any problems, and it was at no fault of theirs that it happened. I am very happy with my plants and the kind people who helped us out!
