I just opened my boxes, I found 99 pieces in the box 8x12 is 96 plus 3 loose once which makes it 99. I ordered 200 pieces but got 198. Please advise.

I received the scarfs in a good time. But I was told in order get the low price, I had to order $50 worth of the scarfs. I didn't need so many and I had to order two of the same color of a few. I do like the scarfs but not just so many.
