My order always arrives well packed and has always been correct! Shipping speed is good/okay. Some lotion dispensers are shaped funny so you can’t pump out all of the lotion and end up having to turn upside down and try to bang it out. I like that they offer promotions so you can discover new products and of course it is a feel good purchase because of their mission! Some things are better than others and sometimes it is tedious to research what the active ingredients are to figure out what can layer together without causing irritation etc. .

Only comment is I wish you grouped your products together. For example, I was interested in buying some body lotion. I want to see Body Lotion (by type - body butter etc. ) so I can click on it and then see the scents. Instead, every product is listed. Otherwise I have enjoyed the products I have purchased.
