This is my go to active toner for days that my skin is oily or I have been experiencing a breakout. You feel it working when you feel your skin tingling. After I use it, my skin feels clean, refreshed and ready for serum/moisturizer. It is anything but harsh on the skin, cleansing while not stripping. My sister and I are big fans.
