Purchased a bidet and the t valve arrived broken. After going to the hardware store twice and trouble shooting for four hours I realized it was definitely broken. I reached out to Fanny and revived emails back saying their address doesn’t exist. The help page on their site does not exist. Fanny is basically a scam at this point. Do not purchase from them
