I absolutely love these leggings! The resistance bands keep my legs working a bit no matter what I’m doing which has been very helpful as I work to lose weight and improve my overall health. I bought my first pair a year ago in a 2XL. With a lot of hard work I’m now wearing a L. I think the resistance bands and high compression in these leggings have really helped with that process as well as helping avoid the cellulite/loose skin look that can accompany significant weight loss. The compression is also very helpful for managing my chronic pain from Fibromyalgia. On the sizing, the high compression can make these feel like they run small, but that’s where the resistance bands and compression are actually working.

Great design but some items could be a bit smaller as the materials do stretch out after using them.

Customer service is excellent. I wear them for circulation issues and they are worth the extra money. Just know the reversible wear leggings don't have pockets on both sides. Very happy!
