Katie did an incredible job creating a pendant in memory of my cat. She carefully color-matched the background to my cat’s eyes and thoughtfully added small orange and white flowers to reflect her unique coloring. I really appreciated how personal she made the process. She asked for photos and wanted to know more about my cat before starting and that meant a lot to me. Throughout the process, Katie’s communication was warm, prompt and detailed. She kept me updated on progress and offered suggestions that made the final piece even more special. I lost my furbaby in July and this ring is a perfect way to keep her memory with me forever. I cried when I opened it and it's absolutely purrfect.
