Jeff went the extra mile for me when I missed the green on my first order! He quickly corrected it and I quietly awaited its arrival. Wow! The delivery arrived just as expected, the embroidery was first class, and I will have a very happy son-in-law on Christmas morning. Then he creates phenomenal products. I will continue to buy from him not to support him, but because he gives you great service and a great product.

Jeff is running a great little business here. After I placed my order, he was quick to correspond, explaining that it would be a few weeks before completing and shipping, and making sure I was satisfied with the mock-up and schedule. If I needed it faster I know he would have worked hard to meet my request. I was in no rush, and the final product is even better than I'd hoped.
