Exceptional customer service. After I submitted my order, I realized I had put the wrong shipping address and it was already being prepared to be shipped. Customer service was able to stop that and get a new label created and get it to where I needed it to be in a timely manner. They were very responsive to my calls and emails.

I was happy with most of the recent order. The shipping was fragmented and a little slow. One item was missing, but custoer service is resolving that issue. Bottom line, all the parts are high quality and I apprciate you being there as a one-stop-shop for all my RV needs. Thanks. Had there been no missing part in the shipment, I would have rated you with 5 stars.

wrong quality and size and no response to email

Everything thing from order to shipping was done well.

It took almost 2 months to get the fabric swatches. A little hesitant to order a reclining loveseat for fear this season may be over before we get it.
