I'm glad you mentioned the delay ahead of time, but the quality did not seem to match the advertisements and I also didn't seem to get the discount mentioned when I chose to wait.

Sock club is amazing. Nice people at the end of the phone every single time, ready to help, ready to design, ready to dive into challenging things, and you can kinda feel the smiles through the line. Ariel and Devon today jumped on a very last minute change and clearly cared to help. Blakeley, yeah, yeah... i know, she's awesome, but it's every single person there. Molly crushed a design for us, perfect options that got the order even before i got to play with Ariel and production team, and they shipped out on time as always this time and every time. Good team, and I love that I am able to work with them on client projects. Always good experience.

I love everything about SockClub. Their design team and Rebecca are brilliant. No matter how large or small the project we are always treated incredibly well. The socks are also SO SO comfortable. Having them with my art work has helped grow my brand in ways I never thought possible.

First pair out of the package had a hole in one of the socks. Haven't had the socks one day and I get multiple promotional emails for the next 3 days. I finally had unsubscribe. First impression is two thumbs down. Sam must be a supercomputer spitting all these promotional emails.

Great overall, and delivered on time on crunch time. Only wished I had gotten a response to the comment on the order so I would've been less worried.

For a friend who loves socks, full of self love, and who loves her dog just as much, the custom socks were the perfect gift! She was so happy that she had to show her friends and peers! I was very happy to see the smile on her face and that the socks came out better than I thought. It truly made her day and I was very pleased. The product arrived just in time too!

Dude don’t buy any products from this company. I never go out of my way to leave a review but for this company I am because it is poorly ran. I ordered this product about a month ago and still have no communication from them after I sent an email regarding a refund. Do yourself a favor save your money and go look elsewhere.

Everything went smoothly through ordering, but I didn't hear anything about my order until I reached out to customer service for an update (about 10 days post-order, several days after the promised ship date). A little more communication would go a long way! And I would have loved to have seen a digital proof before printing... the faces on my face socks were much larger than in the product preview on site and overlap the #1 Dad icons quite a bit. I would not have approved that for printing. That said, they're still nice and my husband likes them. They just could have been better (if they were laid out with smaller faces like the ones on the site).

I can honestly say, I've never had a better experience with customer service than I did with this group. The product was excellent and the customer service was impeccable!
