Presentation of the item in the Instagram ad and its focus on being exclusively plant based and organic was the initial draw. Each item was very carefully and individually wrapped, padded and packed for optimum delivery and was still very cold when I opened the box. Excellent attention to detail in every way, from the appearance of the food itself, the bags/jars, wrapping, shipping, handling of payment, communication throughout the entirety of the process from purchase to delivery...everything was wonderful.
