I was skeptical after reading some less-than-stellar reviews about F5 but received my confirmation and shipping notification in a timely fashion. I received my order within the timeframe they had listed on the website (which I think was at around 4 weeks at the time of my purchase, I received my order in about 3). No complaints, just need to be aware of the longer timeframe for your order to process and get to you. Can’t speak to customer service because I had no issues.

Great products, fast shipping

Shipping was very fast I ordered it on a Monday came out on the following Friday. I did an SBR on this, so it’s legal but it’s very comfortable at highly recommended.
