3rd review I've been asked for for ezz so far. The products made my hair feel like it'd been fried from bleach when it was healthy before using. I've not heard back from customer service about a promised return, just ignored. Really disappointed at how awful the whole experience has been. I wish I'd saved my money.

Parcel left warehouse with Aust post tracking number with courier but never arrived at sorting facilities. Was very frustrating dealing with you when you do not have a phone. Eventually was sent a replacement order. Love the shampoo and conditioner. Eyelash peptide wand is dry. I’ve left a message on chat.
