Trying it out this weekend

Replacement product delivered on time and is a great fit for my E-Z Up canopy.

I received the replacement leg in excellent condition. It took a mere 10 minutes to remove and reinstall the new leg which worked perfectly. Thank you.

This replacement top is much nicer than our original top that finally gave up after many years. This new one is made of stronger fabric. And it has 4 grommets to drain rain water. Very nice!

Looks Amazing!!

Parts were received as ordered. The only drawback is the shipping costs. Way too high for small parts. Need to consider other options for delivery.

Absolutely awesome post-sale customer service (Jasmine Dunn) helping me correct an ordering mistake on my part. Great company offering very high quality products, and MADE IN THE USA!!

set up easy. looks sharp1

Excellent product , excellent service

Great product and really fast service.

So easy to put up and the water weights keep it stable in the wind. Great shelter!

Fabulous!

Quich shipping, good packaging. Arrived in time, installed without difficulty.

totally satisfied

Great service. Prompt helpful reply when ordering parts with simple replacement. Thanks to a great company

Overall great product. However, it's heavy and more than 1 person is required to do the installation.

Our old "professional" EZ-Up was very heavy and not easy to get set up. This one isn't as robust but it's quite light and very easy to deploy by a single person. The wheels on the bag aren't very well attached and fell off on the first use --- but that's not really a problem. It's so light that carrying it a short distance is okay and you can stick the wheels back on if you have a longer schlep.

My daughter and I used EZ Up's easy template to create an 8-foot canopy banner to commemorate my son Ami's second day-long Ami Memorial Beach Volleyball Tournament on the Del Mar, California, beach. We and all the players loved it. I particularly want to thank Andrew Tombaugh for his assistance. (I could have done a better job of hanging it. )

So glad E-Z Up provides replacement parts! Easy to replace and works great.

Many of the older EZ ups have slightly different dimensions to the frame, making it a little difficult to match parts.
